Current Groups

Man Alive

Come and join our free peer run depression and anxiety groups. Share as much or as little as you feel in a safe, open and honest environment.

Our groups are entirely non-judgemental giving men a safe place to speak openly and support each other. Growing a network of people who all come together to support mental health.

You may have a current mental health problem, have over come one or you may have someone who has been affected by one. Either way our groups are a place for you to find people with that common interest who actively want to help the way we support mental health.

Women Survive

Are you a fellow female who wants support with a mental health problem? You may have one yourself, have dealt with one in the past or you may be looking for people to support you whilst you support others.

We offer a safe and non-judgemental environment where women can come together and support each other on a journey.

Come and join our team for a cup of tea and a chat. We can’t solve mental health alone, but together we may just make the journey a little bit easier.
